i have stayed here several times and in the smallest room best features location price friendly staff clean walk everywhere Carmel market beach restaurants the roof terrace free coffee in morning
there is a lot of construction but quiet at night

Most of all I liked the friendly staff and would especially like to than Sami, Summer or what ever his name is for the pictures he had left for me at the reception as we departed! Thank you my dear friend, hope to see you again one day. The hotel has many good sides, as the location and the terrace at the roof. I saw that there were many nice rooms too (when they were being cleaned, unfortunately we did not get to enjoy them this time either!)
If you get a less nice room facing the main streets Ha Yarkon or Allemby, the noice is awful, day and night. No good if one cannot sleep at night....
